Surya Chandra Healing Yoga School, as part of our Specialty Certificates for Continuing Education of Yoga Therapists, offers Free Yoga Therapy Sessions during our Yoga Therapy Clinics.

For this weekend’s Yoga Therapy Clinic, we seek cancer patients (past or present) who would like to use yoga to help with relief of symptoms such as fatigue, muscle aches and pains, anxiety, breathing, or other. If you’d like to try yoga to help, we will offer you tools of yoga we believe will help you best.

A Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) will work with the client while other students and faculty observe. The C-IAYTs are all in a training program for additional training in working with cancer patients. They have already graduated from SCHYSs three-year Yoga Therapy Training Program and are obtaining additional training in this specialty area. They have already taken hours of online training in preparation for this Clinic.
