Prerequisite: Completion of the online classes with JJ Gormley: Bandhas: Deepen Your Practice.

This weekend we will put into practice what was learned in the online classes with JJ Gormley. In this workshop you’ll be able to have JJ assess your alignment, your practice, and she’ll guide you to continue your journey with the bandhas.

Issues with the practice thus far will be discussed. How to help others and teach bandhas to students/clients, including when to introduce this tool as a practice, and contraindications.
